Terms and Conditions



  • By buying ​a ticket to Kidz Korner you are deemed to have understood and accepted the Kidz Korner Terms and Conditions as well as following the Kidz Korner Rules and Safety Guidelines.
  • Kidz Korner is not a drop-off center, children must be accompanied by parents and caregivers at all times.
  • Any child found left on the premises without a parent or caregiver, will be handed over to the appropriate authorities without exception.
  • Staff will be patrolling for general supervision only. Active supervision of your child is recommended at all times.
  • Please do not visit Kidz Korner if you or your child has experienced vomiting or diarrhea in the last 48-72 hours or any other sickness as it could be contagious and passed on to others.
  • Use of playground equipment is at your own risk. The play area is reserved for customers with tickets only.
  • Kidz Korner take no responsibility for injuries unless it was caused by broken equipment from our playground.
  • If your child is wearing a cast and has the approval of entry from Kidz Korner staff, then make sure to keep a safe distance towards others to prevent any other accidents from occurring and also for your own safety.
  • The parent of the child cast on will need to take responsibility if any accidents occur due to the cause of a child with a cast on.
  • No outside food or drinks are allowed in Kidz Korner at all times.
  • Cakes are only eatable in our party rooms for booked party packages.
  • We do not have a table reservation service at the playground.
  • Kidz Korner takes no responsibility for lost or stolen items.
  • At Kidz Korner all products and services are non-refundable including general admission and non-slip socks.
  • Prices include GST and are subject to change without notice.


Playground Rules



  • Children under the age of 5 must be actively supervised by an adult at the age of 18 and over.
  • No rough playing or yelling is allowed at our premises.
  • Watch out for other children around you.
  • Read the signs properly before entering different fun areas.
  • No food or drink is permitted in the playground or trampoline area.
  • Children over 12 years old are not allowed to be on the equipment. Adults & older children may supervise & enter the playground structures but not go on any hanging equipment, down slides, spider nets or bounce on our trampolines.
  • When your child is using a slide, he/she should go down feet first and never head first. Climbing up or down the slides is also prohibited.
  • Children who have purchased an entry ticket must wear Grip Socks. Adults must wear socks at all-time in the play area for health and safety reasons.
  • No bare feet are allowed when using our equipment or you will be asked to leave the playground or purchase non-slip socks at the counter.
  • Please report all accidents or incidents to any of our staff members.
  • Running is not permitted inside our premises. To ensure the safety of your children, we ask that you do not allow them to run inside the building.
  • Smoking and vaping are prohibited at all times.


Are adults allowed to play on the equipment?


Kidz Korner playground structures have been designed for children 12 years and under – supervising adults are permitted to enter the play area and structures to supervise or assist their children. However, please do not play on the hanging equipment, jump in the structure or go through the spider netting of the Ninja course or down the slides. Injury may occur to yourself or the children around you.


Adults may not under any circumstances jump on the trampolines, serious injury may occur if you do. Kidz Korner has been designed exclusively for children they are not designed for adult jumping.


Zipline will only run when being operated by a Kidz Korner staff member.


Am I included in the price?


Each child’s pass allows 2 adults to enter the play area to supervise their children.



Trampoline Rules



Trampolining is a high-risk activity. We have worked especially hard at Kidz Korner to make it as safe as possible for you and those around you - please follow our rules and listen to our staff. You may be asked to leave if you do not follow their instructions.


KIDZ KORNER TRAMPOLINES ARE NOT DESIGNED FOR ADULTS - STRICTLY NO ADULT BOUNCING!



General Rules

  • It is recommended that Kidz Korner-approved socks are worn in the trampoline area (unless specified by a member of staff). Other grip socks are acceptable.
  • Watch out for other jumpers - Always allow smaller jumpers right of way.
  • Safely land on two feet or your bottom when bouncing.
  • Don’t attempt any activity beyond your skill level.
  • No double bouncing, wrestling or rough play.
  • No running in the arena or going too quickly over the trampoline surfaces.
  • Don’t jump or land on padding or the platform.
  • No hanging off basketball hoops.
  • No chewing gum whilst bouncing or beyond the entrance gate.


Zip Line Rules



  • One person only at all times.
  • Kidz Korner staff are required to operate the zip line.
  • Be aware it is not operational our entire operating hours. We can't operate 24/7 as it's physically tiring for staff to lift children up and move the balls for safety.
  • The Zipline is NOT OPEN weekdays outside of School & Public Holidays.
  • Operational only when Kidz Korner staff member is present.
  • Leave the ball pit immediately after reaching the end.
  • NO playing in the ball pit.
  • Exit the ball pit via the Trampoline area behind the basketball nets.


Interactive Foam Pit Rules



  • No diving into the foam pit.
  • Do not throw foam blocks onto trampolines or into zip line ball pit.
  • Do not bite foam blocks
  • Do not physically hit the interactive screen.
  • Gently touch the sensors – no hitting with force.


Party Room Hire - Rules and Policies



  • At Kidz Korner, outside food is NOT ALLOWED AT ALL TIMES into our premises or party rooms with the exception of bringing your own birthday cakes and cupcakes into the party rooms. This does not apply to baby food for those tiny tots.
  • There will be an additional charge for damages to our facilities and a cleaning fee if the room is dirty and we have found food or cakes on the floor that will be difficult for our team to clean.
  • If you have decorated the room, we expect you to take most of your own decorations and return our room back to normal if you can.
  • For decorations, double-sided tape is not allowed as it may damage our walls so we recommend you use blue tack instead.
  • Please only use the room within your booking period and leave the room ASAP when it's the end of your booking as there could be other people waiting to use the room afterwards and the team will need time to do the cleaning.
  • Party poppers and pinata are not allowed in the party rooms at all times. If found there will then be an additional charge applied of $50.00 cleaning fee.
  • Please inform our staff of any allergies that the adults and your child are allergic to for the kitchen to avoid while preparing the food.
  • Kidz Korner takes no responsibility if you have failed to give notice of all food allergies.


Cancellation Policy



  • All bookings are non-refundable. We are not required to provide a refund, credit or transfer if you change your mind. Please refer to the New Zealand consumer protection website for more information.
  • Party bookings may be cancelled, up to 48 hours after the booking (Cooling Off Period). When a booking is cancelled during this 48 hours period 100% of your booking will be refunded as long as the booking is more than 7 days away.
  • Any Bookings cancelled after this Cooling Off Period will not be entitled to a refund and will be offered a reschedule instead.
  • Please let us know at least 3 days prior to the booked date if you want to change the party date.
  • Under COVID situation: If a LOCKDOWN occurs followed by the government restrictions or covid isolation occurs for your family, party room fees will be transferred into playground credit that is valid for 2 years to be used and/or given to family and friends (non-refundable).


Waiver



  • We ask you to sign our waiver before you start at Kidz Korner. We need to be sure that you've read the rules and are prepared to follow these rules before you use our equipment.
  • You can sign this electronically when you book or when you arrive at the park. Thank you!
